    I found this cream to be as good as any others I have tried in the past. I used it to make an Ice Cream slice which everyone loved.

    I made a pineapple trifle dessert dressed with the Black and Gold cream whipped to soft peaks. It was topped with toasted coconut flakes and lime zest. The cream took a while to thicken but when it did thicken, the flavour and texture really suited the trifle.The trifle was so good that I was asked for the recipe.
